2) I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

To reset your password, please visit http://www.talismanlbs.net/talisman/reset_password and enter in your carrier and mobile number under ‘Member Login’. Click ‘Retrieve Password’ and a new password will be sent to your phone. Once logged in, you can change your temporary password by clicking on ‘My Profile’.

3) How do I opt-in to Talisman’s services?

Users can opt-in by logging in to his/her account via the Talisman Mobile Portal http://www.talismanlbs.net/login and clicking on ‘Preferences’ to indicate the type of messages you would like to receive.

4) How do I opt-out from receiving text messages?

Members can opt-out at any give time by texting “STOP ALL” to short code 32862. Alternatively, members can choose ‘ALL OFF’ located under Alert Control in the Talisman Mobile Portal to stop receiving messages.

Talisman LBS is currently supporting most major carriers like Alltel, AT&T, Boost Mobile, Cellular One, Cincinnati Bell,Cricket, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Virgin in U.S. and many international carriers from countries in Asia like Japan, China etc. Talisman LBS reserves the right to stop supporting any wireless carrier at its sole discretion.
