All you need is a membership to the Talisman Mobile Community. There you'll be able to customize your account settings and select exactly the type of content you want to receive.

Instructions/Sample

STEP 1: Sign-up at www.talismanlbs.net for Talisman Mobile Community Alerts to receive breaking news, useful coupons and emergency alerts automatically based on your choice. A member account associated with your mobile number will be created and password sent to your mobile phone once you signed up on web. You can customize your opt-in by login your account.
