STEP 1: Sign-up at www.talismanlbs.net/talert for Talisman TAlert to receive breaking news, useful coupons and emergency alerts automatically based on your choice. A member account associated with your mobile number will be created and password sent to your mobile phone once you signed up on web. You can customize your opt-in by login your account.
